You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.
Product returns and changes
The Gadget mou does not offer a refund money.
The following conditions must be met to make the change.
Return within 14 days of receipt.
The products should also be unused in their original packaging. All returned products will be thoroughly tested and if they are in their original condition we will approve the change.
In case of product unavailability or if the products are defective by the manufacturer the refund money will be accepted.
You must also send us the courier receipt when you receive the products.
Gadgetmou.com will not accept the products back if you return them by damage or by shipping.
Return costs will be charge the sender if they are more than 14 days.
The products have a 14 day warranty.
