GENERAL INFORMATION:

Viewing, presenting, selling, shipping – storing, delivering and returning our products displayed on our website as well as protecting your personal data and the security of your transactions are governed by the terms of use, which we ask you to read before you navigate to Gadgetmou.com and make your purchases. Your navigation at Gadgetmou.com as well as making any transaction or communication with our company means unconditional acceptance of the terms of use by you.

PRICES:

The prices of all products are clearly marked and close to each product. They also include VAT. For products moving outside of Athens or for large packages, the shipping charge is determined by specific analytical tables adjusted according to the pricing policy of ΕΛΤΑ and ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ΤΑΧΥΔΡΟΜΙΚΗ . SHIPPING / POSTING

Shipping cost and responsibility of the store while their additional insurance charges 0,90% of their final value.
For transports that have been delayed by external factors (such as strikes, road closures, extreme weather etc.), our shop is not responsible.
The gadget uses the most economical way of shipping through ELTA and ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ΤΑΧΥΔΡΟΜΙΚΗ as default and costs 2,50 euros up / 3,40 euros to two kilos in Greece. The estimated delivery time of the order is between 3 and 5 days.

Please be advised that as of 1/1/17 by law, all transactions worth more than € 500 must be paid by card or bank transfer and NO cash.

Please send us the copy of the payment order by e-mail gadgetmou@gmail.com or gadgetmou.order@gmail.com.Your order will be sent after confirmation of the final payment of the order (the remittance costs are borne by the buyer) and provided that the items are available. After 3 business days, the order is automatically canceled.

Payment by credit card:

Secure Transactions:

The Gadget mou do not have ability to see your bank card details as number of card, expiry date and CCV. The Gaget mou just receive a message from  PayPal which include your name and amount of money you transfer to our bank account as a payment proof.

Other Terms

a) Applicable law: Any dispute that may arise with regard to the operation and use of the site, if the consensual settlement is not possible, the Courts are competent.
b) Invalidity of a term – If one of the aforementioned terms is or becomes invalid, the other terms of this Convention shall not be affected.
c) Modification of Terms of Use – These Terms of Use may be modified at any time by the Company with or without prior notice. Any modifications to the terms apply to their posting on Gadgetmou.com
d) Headings – The headings used in these Terms of Use are intended to facilitate the referral in its terms and are not a means of interpreting the Contract.
e) Delay in exercising a right – Any delay in the exercise by the parties (company and consumer) of part or all of the rights deriving from these terms does not result in a weakening or waiving of this right, which may be exercised at any time later fair judgment of the beneficiary.
f) Acceptance of Terms – The user-consumer-guest-member of Gadgetmou.com states that he has read the present terms accepted by him in full and that he recognizes that they govern all the services provided by Gadgetmou.com throughout his navigation on / transaction with Gadgetmou.com

Product returns and changes

Refund money is only when a product is out of stock.

The following conditions must be met to make the change.
Return within 14 days of receipt.
The products should also be unused in their original packaging. All returned products will be thoroughly tested and if they are in their original condition we will approve the change.
In case of product unavailability or if the products are defective by the manufacturer the refund money will be accepted.
You must also send us the courier receipt when you receive the products.
Gadgetmou.com will not accept the products back if you return them by damage or by shipping.
Return costs will be charged to the buyer.
The products have a 3 months warranty.

Privacy Rights:
