Installation Instructions:
Fit the rotary lock to the steering wheel, if the lock is too thick, select a suitable thickness of snap in the pad provided to adjust the fit of the rotary lock onto the steering wheel.
Hold the lower part of the lock body onto the steering wheel.
Rotate the handle 90° and the lock will snap shut trapping the lock onto the steering wheel and the top of the dashboard.
To remove the rotary lock, align the notch in key with the red spot on the rotary lock. Insert key and turn!
