No sound. Check as follows:
If you fit the battery in the correct direction.
If the battery power has been used up.
If the earphone is damaged.
If the lead is broken.

The sound is very weak and vague.
Battery power isn’t enough.
If something is wrong with earphones.
Use Dry cloth and special detergent to clear the unit body.

Note:
Don’t use it at high volume for a long time. Otherwise, it will injure your ear. If you feel uncomfortable, please stop using.
Don’t use the product in a potentially explosive or dangerous environment.
Please take out the battery if don’t use it for a long time. Otherwise, the components will be rotted by time. Rotten liquid from battery.

Function:
This product is not waterproof, and therefore users must take care to prevent water from entering the unit. Should water enter the MINI AMPLIFIER, remove the battery and place the unit in a warm place to dry.
It is important to increase the volume gradually to avoid a sudden increase in sound.
