The remote controls the robot with a selection of buttons with symbols. Movement is via wheels on the base. Song mode plays built-in tunes. Encyclopedia mode educates with different facts about general subjects. Story mode reads stories out loud. The battle feature moves the robot automatically forward and backward with growling sound effects, etc. Presentation mode runs through various features automatically. The dinosaur will also try and interact when left idle with various statements, sounds, etc. Designed for the younger child with nursery rhythm tunes, simple stories, and general facts appropriate for the 6+ age range.
Dinosaur size is approximately 20cm tall and the length (not including tail) is also roughly 20cm. The Dinosaur is mostly fixed, only the arms can be swiveled and the tail is free to swing. All movement is from the driving wheels underneath. Apart from the lights, all other features are audio-driven, with clear presentation, accurate sounds, and a quality speaker. Requires 5 x AA batteries. 3 for the dinosaur and 2 for the remote (not included).
